They have delivered a portfolio of successful delivery and change across multiple sectors, including: leadership in over $1B in NSW Statewide Infrastructure Projects; the establishment of a NSW Health agency group dedicated to leading improved non-clinical support services in over 220 public hospitals; and change leadershp within a major state-wide mental health infrastructure program.

Having worked for NSW Health in the Health Facility Planning Process, Lee understands how critical it is that health services be delivered on time, on budget, while adhering to strict policy directives and successfully achieving their benefits realisation. For Lee, successful stakeholder engagement and management is critical.

Mr Dean Bilton

Having worked for both
NSW and QLD Health in Infrastructure, Mental Health Branch, Local Health District roles, and tertiary facilities, Dean has over 20 years of clinical, managerial, and operational healthcare service delivery experience. With a passion for qualitative and quantitative analysis and an enquiring mind, Dean has the practical knowledge to back-up the theoretical frameworks under-pinning service delivery.

Mr Ryan Foote

Ryan has delivered key projects and initiatives across VIC, WA, and NSW including creating the inaugural HealthShare NSW Capital, Assets and Service Planning Group - improving investment, service delivery and patient experience in NSW. Ryan’s background is in engineering, asset management and reliability, and major projects, including Government Grants and programs.
